Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we'll cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
Size Exchange
We offer size exchanges within the 7-day return window. A fee of ₹100–₹150 applies to cover reverse logistics and reshipment costs. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
COD Refunds
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as a bank transfer or store credit. We'll reach out to collect bank details after your return is approved.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@calmm.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
