Terms of Service
Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed or, for COD orders, after verification by our team. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, our standard return policy applies.
Returns & Refunds
Our 7-day return policy applies to all eligible orders. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Liability
CALMM's liability in any dispute or claim is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders confirmed before a price change are not affected.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
